My name is Nancy Stroop and I live in Queensland, Australia with my husband and youngest son.
I have been sewing and designing for over 45 years, firstly making clothes for myself, then, when I started having kids (I had 6) I began to sew for them too.
I have always loved to design and craft. I also love to knit, crochet and silk paint as well as sew. Unfortunately finding time to do it all is hard, but that’s life.
Anyway, I taught myself to sew with a little help from a short stint at college, where I learnt some new techniques.
I have always enjoyed sewing immensely.
Starting my bag making journey at the beginning of 2016, I quickly started designing bags as well. Designing seems to just happen, I can be inspired by something I need or something others want.
I have created many items which I am very proud of and am currently designing handbags and purses to add to my online store. I also have some PDF patterns available for some of my designs, which you will find here in my website.
