Important information for you to access your purchased patterns.
Firstly, you must set up your account at checkout.
Create a username. password, email etc. at that time.
Once purchased your downloads are available in your account.
It’s easy!
Go to my website
Click on ‘My account’ section
Login
Go to download section
Download your patterns to your device/computer
Save your account information for future use
I never send the downloaded patterns by email as they are in your account.
I can send a temporary password for you to use, if you need it to access your account. You will need to change this once you’ve logged in.
Also, please remember I live in Queensland Australia, and our time zones may be different.
I will only be able to help with account issues once I’m at my computer.
